Match Parameters

  • Format: Futsal-style mixed tournament.

Equipment & Safety Protocol

  • Footwear: Indoor shoes only. Strictly no studded shoes.

  • Apparel: Players provide own clothing; organizers provide bibs.

  • Conduct: Zero tolerance for harassment, violence, drugs, or alcohol. Authority rests with referees and supervisors; police intervention is stipulated for non-compliance.

  • Roster Integrity: Switching teams during the tournament is prohibited.

Prize Structure

  • Total Prize Pool: Distributed at the event conclusion.

Liability & Insurance Logic

  • Risk Assumption: Participation is at the player's own risk.

  • Indemnity: Big Heart Big Vision and volunteers are excluded from liability regarding injury, death, property damage, or loss of income.

  • Medical: No coverage for ambulance or medical costs. Private health insurance is recommended.

  • Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable in the event of a forfeit or no-show.
