1. Registration & Entry

• Team Composition: Each team consists of 8 players 6 on 2 subs.

• Entry Fee: $100 per team, payable in full prior to the first kickoff.

• Registration Deadline: 20th June 12 teams max

• Entry Method: Registration fee purchase

• Payment Policy: Immediate disqualification for unpaid fees at the start of the event.

2. Schedule & Attendance

• Check-In: Kick off at 9:30am at Endeavour park for the briefing.

• Lateness: Failure to be on the pitch when called results in an automatic forfeit.

3. Prize Money

• Cash Prize: $500 (Winner Takes All).

• Distribution: Prize is awarded to the Team Captain for internal distribution.

• Eligibility: Must have settled all fees and adhered to all tournament regulations.

4. Game Rules & Format

• Format: 6v6 (Small-sided pitches). No offsides.

• Scoring: Matches are time-capped (10-minute halves).

• Referees: The Organizer’s arranging on disputes is final.

• Fouls: No slide tackling. Indirect free kicks apply for minor fouls; penalties for goal-denying fouls.

5. Code of Conduct

• Zero Tolerance: Physical altercations or verbal abuse towards officials/opponents results in immediate team disqualification without refund.

• Substances: Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

6. Weather & Liability

• Weather: Outdoor event. Organizers reserve the right to delay or reschedule via SMS notification in case of extreme weather.

• Liability: Soccer is a high-contact sport. By entering, players assume all risk of injury. Organizers and Endeavour Sports Park are not liable for medical costs or lost property.
